CONTRACTOR ENTITLED TO 727 DAYS OF EICHLEAY DELAY COSTS IN DEFAULT CASE

A contractor was default terminated after more than two-years of delay due to design and site condition changes. The default was converted to a termination for convenience and the contractor awarded 727 days of Eichleay damages by showing indirect evidence of standby, even though it had multiple projects during the delay period.
