ALASKA SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS STATE’S ADAPTION OF INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL CODE

The Supreme Court of Alaska upheld the Alaska Department of Public Safety’s adoption of the International Mechanical Code against a contractor’s claim that the state exceeded its authority and violated the Administrative Procedures Act.
