Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) - Continued
We continue with two more Board decisions from last week’s ASBCA coverage, plus one from the Agricultural Board of Contract Appeals (AGBCA). Coincidentally, two of the cases deal with attorneys’ fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA). Both cases involved concurring opinions that seem to have caused more dissent among the respective Boards than dissenting opinions. Go figure!
