This issue includes two lengthy case summaries, both involving delay issues. The first case involves a contractor that collected $38 million for delay mitigation costs from an insurance company. The second case involves a contractor who was terminated for EPA-related delays. Tips and Techniques was omitted to make room for these cases, but will resume next week with a two part series on using Microsoft Excel for production tracking and productivity analysis.
