CONTRACTOR NOT LIABLE FOR RAMIFICATIONS OF OWNER’S FAULTY SURVEY

Although a contractor did not provide a post-construction survey called for under the terms of the contract, the contractor’s work complied with the contract specifications. The contractor was not responsible for costs incurred because of a subsequent faulty survey commissioned by the project owner.
