Jeff Werner is a certified project management professional (P.M.P.) with 25 years of hands-on construction management experience. Experience includes working as a contractor and as a owner's representative on some of the largest private and public works projects in the country. Types of projects have included public works projects such as light rail, bus and rail maintenance facilities, water/wastewater plants, sewer interceptors, combined sewer overflow projects, interstate highways, academic facilities, fossil and nuclear power plants. Private projects have included, commercial buildings, hotels and resorts, nationwide telecommunication wireless and fiber build-out. This extensive background in construction management is the basis of Jeff's claims analysis and preparation skills. During the past 10 years he has worked on hundreds of construction and surety claims. He has represented both contractors and owners in development and defense of construction claims and disputes. His expertise encompasses all aspects of claims analysis and reporting including: CPM schedule analysis, Measured Mile methods, Total/Modified Cost, Home Office Overhead/Eichleay Formula, Change Order impact analysis, Labor/Revenue analysis, Delay/Disruption/Acceleration/Inefficiency analysis and Detailed Job Cost investigations. He is responsible for all aspects of the claims process from obtaining and reviewing project records through damages analysis and expert report generation and litigation support graphics.
Jeff is a recognized CPM schedule expert in the use of Primavera Project Planner and is a founding member of the Project Management Institute College of Scheduling.
