EXPERIENCE

Paul Krogh's twenty years in project management and project controls reflects specialized experience in project scheduling, cost/schedule management systems, and claims avoidance. His projects have ranged in size up to $5 billion on airports, government projects, hospitals, office buildings, industrial facilities, prisons, wastewater, roads, and sports facilities. This work has involved creating CPM baseline schedules and updates for large capital programs, and developing and implementing successful claims avoidance programs. On projects with claims, the work has included preparation of schedule impact analyses, acceleration analyses, labor productivity and cost damage calculations, and expert testimony.

He is recognized by PMI as a Project Management Professional and by the A.A.C.E. as a Certified Cost Consultant. These professional designations affirm his expertise in project management, planning and scheduling, estimating, and cost analysis. With A.A.C.E., Paul is the past Chair of the Project Control and Cost Technical Committee.
