    ====================================== John Chaifetz - Principal

    Mr. Chaifetz is an industrial engineer, construction consultant, and an expert in the practical application of the critical path method of planning and control to the management of design and construction projects.

    Mr. Chaifetz was graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1972 as a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, and was graduated from Georgia State University in 1981 as a Master of Business Administration. He began his career in the construction industry in 1969, and his project experience includes residential, industrial, commercial, health care, transportation, environmental, military, and power generation.

    Mr. Chaifetz has consulted on such diverse projects as the 1996 Olympic Village Construction at Georgia Tech, the John F. Kennedy Center Concert Hall Renovation, the multi-million dollar residence for Evander Holyfield, the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center, the Oglethorpe Power Corporation Hydroelectric Power Plant, the Northeast Louisiana University Library, and IRS Facilities in Memphis, Tennessee and Martinsburg, West Virginia.

    In addition to his continuous involvement in ongoing project management, Mr. Chaifetz has extensive forensic experience in analyzing, preparing, presenting, defending, and resolving construction claims. He has assisted owners, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, lenders, sureties, and government agencies, and has testified as an expert witness in court and before arbitration panels. He has also participated in mediations and settlement negotiations, and has frequently served as an arbitrator and as arbitration panel chair.

    Mr. Chaifetz has conducted seminars and training on project management topics and techniques for private companies, law firms, government agencies, and industry and trade associations, and has been a guest lecturer at Southern Polytechnic State University.
