CPM Consulting was incorporated in 2001 to provide project management and construction claims assistance to owners, architects, attorneys, construction contractors, and other consulting firms involved with small to large scale projects.

Philosophy

We believe in collaborative consulting: clients involved with decision making, shared responsibility in participation, and providing clients with top quality work and minimization of consulting fees. We put ethics above all else and therefore do not put clients in a compromising position that could jeopardize the outcome of the claim. We are not “dancing bears” and will not compromise our position to satisfy the client’s needs if the facts are pointing otherwise.
