Its an invaluable Guideline, i.e. a step by step procedure.
I have implemented the Modeled / Subtructive / Single Simulation Method (collapsed as-built -CAB- analysis) plus un a "smart table" to intentify and to quantify the Delay as "Activity-Level Variance - ALV-".
I'm very grateful to AACE for this contribution.
