Swinerton Builders v. GSA.

GSBCA 16249 December 9, 2003 Motion for a stipulated judgment in the amount of $8.8 million plus interest was reached to settle Swinerton’s claim for $20,907,112 on the Evo A. DeConcini U.S. Courthouse & Federal Building, Tucson, Arizona, (contract GS-09P-97-KTC-0008) for extra work previously denied by GSA.
