GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR LOSES OVER 50 APPEALS BEFORE THE ASBCA

A contractor appealed from two decisions comprising almost 50 separate claims for recovery, the overwhelming majority of which the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals denied. The Federal Circuit affirmed the Board’s decisions.
