USING HISTORIC WEATHER INFORMATION TO CREATE BETTER CPM SCHEDULES AND SUPPORT DELAY CLAIMS

By Michael E. Stone, PMP
Professional Project Management Services

Some schedules are better than others but virtually all fail to address a basic problem that we all intuitively recognize: work planned for summer but pushed into winter takes more time to accomplish than originally planned.
