REMEDIATION EXPENSE FOR DEFECTIVE DESIGN NOT COVERED UNDER BUILDER'S RISK

In this case, the Supreme Court of Virginia ruled the builder's risk insurance policy provision to cover remediation expenses necessary to "protect Covered Property from further damage" does not apply to damages from design defect where there was no covered loss.
