ARKANSAS LIEN LAW TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER CONTRACT’S CHOICE OF VENUE

The Arkansas Supreme Court issued a questionable ruling that left meaningless the contract’s provision that a Louisiana court would be the sole and exclusive forum for any civil suit arising out of the contract.
