NON-PARTY TO ARBITRATION ENTITLED TO RELY ON AWARD

If the issues involving a party are decided in an arbitration hearing even though that party is not named as an arbitration participant, then the party can rely on the decision, and cannot be the subject of separate ligitation for the same issues.
