Jim Brown, PE, CSI, CCCA, Chair of EJCDC’s Construction Documents Subcommittee of the National Society of Professional Engineers, has many years of experience managing and administering environmental and civil engineering construction projects. His experience encompasses design, review of contract drawings and specifications, value engineering and analysis, project planning and scheduling, and resident engineering. He manages submittal review, change order preparation, and construction claims evaluation and negotiation. He has been responsible for over $4 billion of Malcolm Pirnie's construction services work throughout his career. |

Hugh Anderson is a construction attorney and shareholder with Akerman Senterfitt Wickwire Gavin. His clients include public and private owners; contractors; and design professionals. He is Contracts Counsel to the Engineers Joint Contracts Documents Committee, which drafts and publishes standard form contract documents for design and construction. Hugh also has considerable experience with project delivery systems and bidding issues; construction disputes and their resolution; and the custom drafting of contract documents. |
