SUBCONTRACTOR BOUND BY REFERENCED TERMS
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
Signing on the dotted line of a contract creates responsibility for the signer. A subcontractor that does not read the fine printand as a result, glosses over the general conditions portion of the contract (which was not attached)is still responsible for the terms of the contract.
