Construction Claims Reference Library
Untitled Document
The Construction Claims Reference Library is the online gateway to the complete collection of Construction Claims Advisor articles and case summaries.
Although full keyword search of all articles and attachments is available, the Library indexes are provided for browse and search needs where it may be more efficient to look at collections of articles by topic or timeframe. Each index listing has a hyperlink back to the original article. These indexes are of particular value to readers who have recently subscribed and wish to see what's been covered in the past.
Currently, there are two indexes available. The first is a compilation of over 100 Tips and Techniques articles. The second index lists all board and court cases since 2003 (over 500 cases).*
The Articles index entries are grouped into the topics shown below. While some articles could be applied to multiple topics, each article is placed once only with the most appropriate topic:
- Arbitration, Mediation & Dispute Resolution
- Bidding, Claims Pricing, Labor Inefficiencies and Audits
- Construction Defect Issues, Warranties, Insurance and Contract Close-out
- Contract Start-up, Contract Administration, Claims Avoidance and Claims Management
- Owner Issues, Risk, Insurance and False Claims
- Delay and Impact Claims
- Delay and Impact Claims - Schedule Analysis
- CPM Schedules, Weather and Other Time Impact Issues
- Use of Experts
- Miscellaneous Topics - Material Escalations, Book Reviews and Subcontractor Legal Issues
